What is Credit used for in Akasach?
Whenever you upload a document (PDF, Word, Excel, etc.), video, or audio to Akasach, the AI system will read, analyze, summarize, interpret, create practice questions, and answer queries based on the content.
All these processing and interaction activities consume credit, depending on the content type and complexity. Akasach Credit is therefore a direct measure of the AI value provided to your learning and knowledge extraction process.

Akasach Credit: Usage and Refund Policy
1. Validity Period
- Each credit package has a monthly cycle. However, if you choose to pay for multiple months at once (e.g., 3 months), the total credit will be added in a lump sum at the beginning of the cycle (e.g., 3 months Ć 200 credits = 600 credits).
- Credits can be used flexibly throughout the entire package duration (e.g., using all 600 credits at any time within the 3 months).
- When the package expires, the system will reset credits to the next cycle's level if you renew.
2. Credit Sharing
- Users can transfer credit to another Akasach account through the "Gift credit" feature.
- Shared credit retains the original validity period of the current package cycle and does not extend or renew the usage period.
(Example: if you are on a 3-month plan, the shared credit will also expire at the same time as that cycle, regardless of when it was shared within the period)
3. Refund / Cancellation Policy
- Credits are a digital product and are non-refundable after a successful payment.
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or reversed in any form.
- Akasach will only consider a refund in cases of system errors that result in an invalid credit deduction or loss of account access.

4. Invalid Transactions
- Akasach reserves the right to deny refunds and reclaim or freeze credits if any of the following behaviors are detected:
- Transaction fraud
- Abuse of the credit sharing feature
- Unauthorized transfer or exploitation of the system for unjust gain
